My boyfriend knows I LOVE going to thrift stores so, while we where in Detroit for Thanksgiving he made sure that I went. Now normally I don't go shopping on Black Friday, but sincve we didn't head out untill noon I figured the madness would be over. Plus I didn't think that thrift stores did Black Friday. Oooo but was I wrong.

No, there weren't long lines or a mob of people but, there was 50% off. The first store was 50% off EVERYTHING and we got there just in time catch the sale, and the second store only had 50% on select color taged iteams which was most of the iteams I picked up.

I PAID $1.05 FOR THIS BAG!!

$0.70!!!

Everything here was 50% off and I paid less then $15, giggity giggty alright lol. Now I am a firm beliver in Black Friday...at a thrift store.

My Chistmas List

Dear Santa,

I know it may be strange that at 20 this is my first letter to you. But I figured since I have never asked you for anything before you may be more inclined to try extra hard to give me my wish this year.

I know it would be unreasonable for me to ask for my mother back. While that would be nice, all I really want this year for Christmas this for there to be a cure for breast cancer. Honestly I don’t want another person to die from it; I don’t even want another person to be diagnosed with it. I what there to be better prevention, better detections methods, better treatment, better everything and for everyone to have access to it.

I know it’s a tall order and there is a lot of components to this gift, so I won’t ask you for anything else this year and this will be the only thing that I will ask for you.
